Buying
a property in Spain can still be one of the best investments
that you will make.... Compared to the UK property prices
are still very competitive, and there is a wide choice
available to you as a buyer.
We know that there has been a lot of 'doom and gloom' in the UK media lately regarding an imminent crash in the Spanish property market. All we have to say about that is don't believe everything that you read!

And with the Spanish government investing huge amounts of money in the infrastructure to cope with demand all the signs are there that the future is very bright. The current redevelopment of the Malaga International Airport to handle the estimated twenty million visitors a year reflects this optimism.
This is probably the ideal time to consider purchasing a property in the area as there are many bargains to be had. Many of these are from owners who purchased off-plan a few years ago and are now wishing to release their equity. This accounts for the majority of properties that we have available here.
You do have to be
aware that in Spain, as in many other parts of the World,
it is getting increasingly difficult to get a mortgage
as lenders are being far more careful. If you are in the
fortunate position to be able to purchase without a mortgage
you will find many sellers keen to bargain hard to get
your business.
When considering buying
a property in Spain the same rules apply to your choice
as apply anywhere else in the World:
Location, Location,
Location!
Do not make the mistake
of looking at a property simply based on the advertised
price. There are hundreds, if not thousands, or properties
available in Spain at very low prices but you need to ask
yourself the question, 'Would I want to live there?'

at their apartments as the journey is so easy!

of the longest established golf courses located with the
grounds, with a third course scheduled for completion in
late 2009. El Limonar de Mijas Golf is conveniently located
between two of these three courses so is a golfer's dream!

to many other properties up and down the Costa del Sol,
and even as far as Costa Blanca where prices generally
